Five months ago Hannah Waterman was seen in the worlds media as a size 16 and spilling over her bikini, this image was to be the motivation for Hannah to make changes in her life. Five months on and Hannah is back in a two piece bathing suit, 5 sizes smaller! The 34 year old looks near unrecognizable with her toned limbs and flat stomach in her new DVD, Hannah Waterman's Body Blitz, which is due to launch on the 28th December 2009.
Just like her fellow former EastEnders stars Natalie Cassidy and more recently Jessie Wallace, the star has decided to share her fitness secrets so you too can share in her successful body transformation techniques. Hannah puts her success down to consistent exercise with the help of her personal trainer and dietary advice from Loughborough University's weight loss guru Martin MacDonald.

Hannah Waterman Profile
A former graduate of the University of Warwick, Hannah Waterman joined the cast of BBC1 soap opera EastEnders as Laura Dunn in February 2000 and left the show in 2004 when her character dies falling down the stairs.
Since she left EastEnders, Hannah has appeared in episodes of the BBC medical dramas Doctors and Holby City, ITV's The Bill and a recurring role in New Tricks, which also starred her father.
She has appeared in The Vagina Monologues, Soap at The Stephen Joseph theatre and Tom, Dick and Harry in the West End. In January 2007 she won the second series of the game show 'Just the Two of Us' singing with Marti Pellow.
Hannah has been seen in an episode of the Afternoon Play series on BBC1, in an acclaimed run of Alan Ayckbourn's Round and Round the Garden at the Theatre Royal, Windsor and as a contestant on Sky One's Cirque de Celebrité.
